As a singer, who due to health issues had to stop performing years ago and was so nervous about trying to start again, Emmett has been so wonderful to work with! I researched a lot of local studios and had my trial lesson with Emmett first, but by the end of our lesson, I canceled the rest of my trial lessons. He not only knows what he’s doing as a teacher and a professional, but he is supportive, kind, funny and nonjudgmental. Since I’ve started lessons, I’m done a couple local productions and though I continue to be a work in progress (who isn’t?), I’m confident he continues to be a great fit!
